Physical examination, Medical History Review and Laboratory testing

As part of our comprehensive diagnostic and clinical management services, we also offer:

  • Physical Exam: A thorough physical examination to assess overall health, detect any signs of illness, and evaluate your body’s systems. This includes checking vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature, as well as assessing areas of concern based on your health history.
  • Medical History Review: A detailed review of your medical history, including past illnesses, surgeries, medications, family history, and lifestyle factors. This helps us identify risk factors and tailor a personalized treatment plan to support your long-term health and well-being.
  • Laboratory testing: is one of the key parts of the diagnostic and treatment management for the most common chronic conditions. The following, but not limited to, diagnostic laboratory tests and assessments may be recommended as needed:
    • Routine and specific blood work for assessment for Insulin Resistant, inflammatory markers and Lipid Panel: These tests includes general health screening tests such as a complete blood count (CBC), blood glucose panel, liver function tests, kidney function tests, Uric acid, lipid profile (cholesterol, LDL), , thyroid hormone panel, and serum Vitamin D and B12 levels.
    • Food Allergy/Sensitivity Blood Tests such as Ig G test: Food intolerance can be asymptomatic and causes systemic inflammation. The Blood test assesses sensitivities to a wide range of foods. 
    • Bowel Stool Tests: Stool tests including the GI-MAP to assess gastrointestinal health and detect parasites.
    • SIBO Breath Test: This is a breath test to assess hydrogen and methane levels to help with diagnosis of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO). SIBO can cause symptoms and signs similar to Irritable Bowel Syndrome including bloating, gas and change in bowel habit; diarrhea or constipation.
